I authorize Auto Loan Inc to electronically debit my bank account listed above for my payment amount. This authorization permits Auto Loan Inc. to collect recurring payments on the due date. Cancellation must be in writing to Auto Loan Inc. by Email or FAX five (5) days prior to the date in which the EFT will occur.
