TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENTS: Payments are required to be made by the due date listed in your contract.

INTEREST: Interest charges are accrued daily.

LATE CHARGES: Late Fees may be applied to your account when it is more than 10 days past due, in accordance with your contract and state law.

CONVENIENCE FEES: Based on your method of payment, convenience fees may apply.

INDIRECT LENDER: Auto Loan Inc. is an Indirect Lender. Loans are made through our network of Dealerships.

ACH PAYMENTS: Payments Made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): You may authorize Auto Loan Inc. or its designated processor to electronically debit your checking or savings account for the amounts of your payment. This will also authorize Auto Loan Inc. or its designated processor to electronically credit your checking or savings account in the event of an over-payment or error. Your authorization shall permit Auto Loan Inc. to collect both recurring payment amount or one-time payment amount that may be due from time to time between you and Auto Loan Inc. and shall remain in place until rescinded by you in writing to Auto Loan, Inc. by Email or FAX (Please allow at least five (5) business days for a cancellation to take effect to permit Auto Loan Inc. and its designated processor sufficient time to process the cancellation) or when the loan is paid in full. If your payment is returned unpaid, Auto Loan Inc. may elect to electronically re-present your payment. You will also be responsible for a return processing charge of $20.00 or an amount not to exceed that permitted by state law. If your payment date falls on a Weekend or Holiday it will be processed the next business day.
